企业简介
我院成立于1993年，系建设部批准的设计单位，隶属于中国建筑工程总公司。前身为中建一局设计室和中建总公司北京设计所，从事工业与民用建筑主业，创立于1953年。
五十余年中，共设计了工程千余项，涵盖工业与民用建筑的各种类型，获得了全国综合设计金奖、工程奖、省部工程设计一等奖、北京市优质工程奖等多种奖项。
我院下设6个设计所，现有专业设计人员百余人，专业配套齐全，设计经验丰富，设计设备。微机人手一台，全院联网管理，便捷高效。
我院领导层具有现代的企业管理理念，建立了良好的用人激励机制
